Welcome to day 1 of a 3 day series featuring me getting my first REAL vacation from motherhood! As you may have seen from my previous video it was very rough for me to leave my baby for the first time but boy was it worth it! I have always dreamed of staying on a little cottage above the water like those I see in travel magazines for Fiji or the Maldives and to my surprise such a dream exists at the Lagen Resort in El Nido Palawan right here in the Philippines!! So a very big massive thank you to Herbal Essences for giving me a chance to cross off a bucketlist moment! Even more importantly though, thank you a day of wildlife education, environmental lectures from specialists, science experiments and a fun chance to paint a reuseable tote to give away to a lucky instagram participant! Overall it was a full but very rewarding day and it was just the beginning!
