The property also boasts a beautiful garden and swimming pool, offering guests a tranquil and relaxing retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of North Goa.

We are located in a village in Arpora, just a short drive from the beaches of North Goa, walking distance from the famous "Saturday Night Market", it still enjoys a level of peace that is getting harder to find. There are several quaint bars & restaurants nearby where you can chill with the locals. Las Vegas supermarket is your go-to for any supplies you may need. There are several pathways and relatively easy trails around for mild treks if you enjoy walking and the beaches are less than a 10 minute ride or drive away.

The homestay features 3 individually styled rooms with attached bathrooms, each with its own unique character & charm, they can accommodate upto 8 adults or a family of 10

•Room 1 - nana's room - Portuguese colonial style room
Step back in time, to an old style of living, with high ceilings and a tiled roof, With a Portuguese style bohemian bathroom & a cosy nook to get your work done, this is the perfect spot for a family workacation. This is the biggest room in the property for a family of 4 or 3 adults.

•Room 2 - Color Kissed Sunlight - Room with a Loft
The sunlight streaming in through the traditional coloured huge glass paned windows of the "The Room with the Loft" chill by the window, or up in the Loft and let your creativity take flight. Good for a family of 4 or 3 adults.

•Room 3 - The "Soppo" Cottage with a private sit-out
A rustic cottage with a private "soppo - a special place often used for relaxing" perfect for the solo traveller or a young couple.
