📈 THE 7-STEP SALES PROCESS WE DOCUMENT IN EVERY IMPLEMENTATION:
1️⃣ LEAD INTAKE
→ Identify every lead source
→ Collect qualifying info at first contact
→ Track source so you know what's actually working

→ Qualify as soon as possible — stop estimating for tire kickers

→ Productize your services into tiered options
→ Create an "add to cart" experience for upgrades and selections

6️⃣ THE PRESENTATION (Canva Hot Buttons)
→ Interactive presentation where the homeowner clicks through options
→ "Hot buttons" based on their needs take them to different slides
→ By the end, they've already picked out their perfect project

7️⃣ FINANCING AS A CLOSING TOOL
→ Present 3 financing terms — get the monthly number in front of them
