Full-load charging scenario: when multiple electric vehicles are connected to the charging system at the same time, the system gives priority to the residual power of photovoltaic power generation and the storage battery, and then switches to the utility power to replenish the power if it is still insufficient. For example, in the supermarket scenario, the system can use utility power to fully charge the storage battery during the electricity price valley (e.g., at night), and during the daytime power peak, the storage battery and PV power generation can work together to supply power to meet the 92kW full-load charging demand, and at the same time reduce the comprehensive power cost by 40% to 60%.
Dynamic power allocation: The system adopts modular design, integrating PV MPPT charging, bi-directional inverter and Li-FePO4 battery management in a single cabinet, supporting flexible power allocation. For example, when the power demand of some charging piles decreases, the system can automatically allocate the excess power to other charging piles, ensuring that all vehicles are charged at optimal efficiency.
