This is our first vlog from the Goa Nov'2021 Trip and wanted to start with the most amazing place we discovered on this trip.
Cola Beach is a hidden gem in South Goa, which is only 10 km away from Agonga beach and 16 km from Palolem, which is further south.
Very few tourists know of this hidden gem, Cola Beach. This is so remote that it seems like a private beach and there are resorts where you can stay. Cola beach is the perfect place to escape from the crowded beaches of North Goa and the hustle-bustle of city life.
Just to give you all a heads up that there is an unpaved off-road with bumpy rock formations, with red mud all over leading to Cola Beach. But once you trek the last 2kms to the beach, the beauty of the place mesmerizes you and you forget the pain of the trek. We would advise you all to come to this place while we have the Sun. Post sunset it's dark and not recommended.
The blue lagoon is the highlight of Cola beach and distinguishes Cola from the other beaches of Goa. You can also go kayaking and fishing here.
You can hire a scooty for a very reasonable price (INR 300 - 350 per day approx) on daily basis to move around. All you need is a valid driving license.
