Celestyal Journey is the newest addition to the Celestyal Cruises fleet, launched in 2023 after an extensive $20 million refurbishment. This mid-sized ship carries 1,260 guests in 630 cabins, including 149 balcony suites, and is designed to offer an intimate yet modern cruise experience.
Sailing the Greek Islands, Eastern Mediterranean, and Arabian Gulf, Celestyal Journey provides access to both iconic ports like Mykonos, Santorini, and Kusadasi, as well as hidden gems and cultural treasures in Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Oman, and beyond. We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021.Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels.

We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
