About the Second Time Arounders Marching Band: The Second Time Arounders Marching Band, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, was founded in 1983 by Bill Findeison. The band consists of former high school and college band members who come together to share their love of music and performance. Known for their spirited performances and diverse membership, the Second Time Arounders have entertained parade audiences worldwide including at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2008 and 2019, and the Dublin, Ireland St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2022.
