In this clip, I’m showing the difference between Hyaluronidase and Saline when used to break down filler.

💉 Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that actively breaks down hyaluronic acid filler — it’s fast, effective, and can be used in both emergency cases (like vascular occlusion or uneven results) and electively, when someone simply wants to remove or refine previous filler.

💧 Saline, on the other hand, doesn’t actually dissolve filler — it just makes it softer and more fluid. This can help smooth out small lumps or bumps, or make filler feel more natural without fully removing it.

In the last clip, you can clearly see the difference:
👉 filler softened with saline (still there but smoother)
👉 filler dissolved with Hyaluronidase (completely liquid!)
