This is a healthy breathing test and exercise, breathing in for 4 seconds, breathing out for 5. The slower exhale helps calm the mind and body quickly.
This deep breathing exercise helps train your breath to breathe more slowly, helping you with pain relief, stress relief, anger & overthinking.
I you can do 5 breaths in a row, you have great lung health!
Repeat as much as necessary.
