Team"mates" Greg LeMond & Bernard Hinault battled it out at the Tour de France including the infamous 1-2 on Alpe d'Huez.

Simon and Dan take a look at how cycle training was done back in the days when Powermeters were something the local electrician used!

It's all about doing as much as possible, on as little as possible.
200km, no food allowed. Ride until you blow-up. Then fuel on confectionary.
