Is the Flemish Bend really the best way to Join Ropes - IRATA Rope Access Knots

It took a while because there were and are so many other cool IRATA rope access video's I wanted to release first. And now after a couple IRATA Level 2 and level 3 exercises it is time for an easy in between video.
Today I will teach you how to tie two ropes together using a knot we already learned. The Rethreaded Figure of Eight. In this case it is called the Flemish Bend.
