Mango gelato is such a delicious and refreshing summer treat. This all natural recipe is made with fresh mangos, 1/2 and 1/2 , and just a few other ingredients. Enjoy!

2 Pounds Mangos (after you remove the pit and peel)
1 -2 Tablespoons water or 1/2 and 1/2 as needed for the mango to blend
10 egg yolks
3 cups half and half (divided)
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash iodized salt (1/8 of a teaspoon ish)
