Описание: After what we now know as earth the planet was hit by natural disasters killing the whole world except what we know today as America the president declared that the country should be name panem and that the states should be divided into districts 1 to 13 and the capital where the president and rich people live the districts are poor and each have a use like district 12 was for mining and district 10 was for dairy products and large farms districts 1,2, and 4 were the richest of the other districts since they provided the the capital with better things as a reward from the capital youths would be able to train earlier than other districts we know them as careers in the hunger games they all team up to take out the other tributes in the arena you might ask why 13 was never in the hunger games, 13 started a rebellion with the capital but unfortunately they lost and as punishment the hunger games were created but the capital forgave them and told district 13 they would not have to attend the hunger games as long as they stayed hidden.
