Описание: Turns out the noise channel of the NES sound chip on PAL machines in MAME also had a similar issue to the one causing the DPCM sounds to be flat. Here is a before/after illustration of the fact in Mega Man 2's Quick Man stage music. I play snippets from the isolated noise channel first so you know what to listen for and can hear the clear difference. But can you hear the difference when it's in the mix?
