In 3.28 it got a HUGE buff with new Exceptional Support - VOID Shockwave!

My Cyclone Void Shockwave General's Cry Slayer build is a fun build for league start. It's comfy in campaign and has very satisfying clear and incredibly smooth gameplay. It's not expensive to set up and easy to play, which is very beginner friendly.
The build works great as a league starter but can also scale to uber bosses.
