Here I’ll show you the dimensions of the machine and also how much space you’ll need to do your workouts. As you can see I show how much space is needed while using the following equipment:
1. Pec dec
2. Bench for hip thrusts
3. Regular Bench press
4. Low pulley rows (add 8 more inches if you buy the low pulley plate accessory)
Keep in mind that I am 6 foot three so the measurements might be even less for you. This is the most compact gym that I could find that had a long track record of helping people achieve their fitness goals while keeping them safe.
