If anyone is interested the orange Speidel hydropress is for sale as I have made a much bigger rack and cloth press. I got it from Vigo for £745 in Autumn 2010 & used it that year and the following years up to 2016. It produced a total of about 5000L of apple juice over those seven seasons. I looked after it well washing it down after every use and keeping it indoors in the warm when not in use.
I spent a bit of time and money on modifying the pipework underneath. An added ball valve enabled me to have more control on the amount of water going into the press. I added extra pipe work underneath to take the used water inside the bladder to go straight to a drain rather than letting it out on the floor. The extra pipework and the black funnel for loading the pulp are all included in the sale.
