Today we’re slimming and shaping in a unique, one-dumbbell CARDIO + STRENGTH routine. We’re awakening muscles, opening our minds, and setting ourselves up for the results we want!
My friends, being open to new ways of doing things can help us reach all kinds of goals – like WEIGHT LOSS, healthy aging, and improved fitness. Today’s workout has us diving into “something new” too, namely using a single dumbbell for a cardio and dynamic strength routine that’s super FUN and super EFFECTIVE!

SET UP:
Timer is set for 40 intervals of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete each circuit twice in a row.
