Here are my efforts of narrating a story about visiting Bhutan.
I travelled solo to Bhutan for two weeks. I spent around 15k during the whole trip; budgeted and responsible travels.

I took a train from Delhi to New Jalpaiguri, then a bus to Phunsholing, Bhutan from Siliguri, WB. The immigration process for Indians is really easy though one needs a passport/voter id, itinerary, hotel bookings and a recommendation letter for smooth immigration.

I have heard that now Indians have to pay some Royalty Fees too per day? Is that right? Tell me in the comments if you have trusted sources.

I travelled to Thimphu from Phunsholing in a shared cab that cost me INR750. I stayed at a friend's place for about 4 days and absolutely loved my time on the streets of Thimphu.

Trekked to an offbeat trail to Cheri Monastery and went to Paro to visit the most tourist trail of Bhutan; Tiger's/Tigress Nest aka Taktsang Gompa.
