The decoy tries to confuse the dog so he doesn't know when contact will be made on the handler (me), the dog is taught to pay attention but stay next to me no matter what the decoy does. Culebra can walk around me to keep an eye on the decoy but must not leave my side unless he is told or is defending me from the attack (touch). The decoy tries to tempt Culebra to bite without actually touching me. Culebra must stay alert and aware of the decoy and not bite unless I am touched with two hands. Once on the bite the commitment to the bite is measure with the obstacles around, banging on barrels, swinging the clatter stick, moving quickly or slowly, touching him on the head or body. After all that Culebra must let go on command every time he is told to by me. Franchises available!
