Описание: Closing to just above the altitude of geosynchronous satellites Oct 12, 2017, Asteroid 2012 TC4 is the size of a small apartment house (~10 x 30 meters). 2012 TC4 is very likely a stony rock, and if it intersects the Earth (which will not happen any time soon), it would almost certainly explode in the air, produce a powerful sonic boom, and rain a bunch of smaller meteor fragments. If a nickel/iron body, it would do the same thing, except that larger pieces would reach the land, water, or ice surface. FYI - The actual asteroid rotates once every ~12 minutes and would look like an airplane propeller if I did not slow it down for this simulation. Music: Fanfare for Space by Kevin MacLeod.
