University of York Brass Band performs Centaur (Derek Broadbent) at UniBrass 2022. The band came in second place in the UniBrass Shield Section. They were also awarded the Best March prize.

UYBB is a fun, open-to-all ensemble full of brass players of all abilities and experiences. We are proud to be a part of the inclusive societies scheme at York and aim to be a safe space for people to express themselves through music. The band likes to play music that challenges us and showcases the quality of all sections of the band as well as some of our strongest individuals. We are really excited to have been accepted onto UniBrass' Artist in Association Scheme and can’t wait to see what opportunities that will bring the band in the coming months.
UniBrass 2022 was hosted by the University of Sheffield Brass Band.
