Jennifer Lopez is looking back on the triumphs and takeaways of her 2024. One day before New Year's Eve, the "Can't Get Enough" singer took to Instagram to post a recap video of the past year of her life. She shared many of her highlights of those twelve months, from her "This Is Me…Now" album and cinematic original to the premieres of her movies "Atlas" and "Unstoppable." JLo also added in many of her pieces of wisdom from the year. In one interview clip, she shared how she's learned to process her emotions when things get hard, saying, "In my low moments, I've learned to just feel the feelings and then let them go." While the video included many significant people in her year, one person notably not featured was estranged husband Ben Affleck. The pair entered 2024 as a married couple, but went on to split in the spring. Jennifer filed for divorce in August and listed their date of separation as months earlier in April.
