REISSUE: "Future Brain" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Den Harrow
Den Harrow (Manuel Stefano Zandri) is an Italian disco studio project which became one of the most requested songs in my club during the release. The ominous keyboard arrangements take over the song like a wave of energy and along with the ethereal chorus it is a roaring segment that takes over the sense. It is one of the tracks that make Italo-disco unique and powerful. The song “Future Brain” is produced by Miki Chieregato and Roberto Turatti. The arrangement is almost haunting as the story is told of a super computer who begins taking over love and pairing of humans. The music is a wonderful mid-80’s experience and keeps the energy driving throughout the track.
I have taken the 12” version of “Future Brain” and recreated a new act for this ReStructure Mix. A longer intro using pieces of a Kraftwerk classic give it a new introduction. New breaks and also a new fade are added.
