INGREDIENTS:
▢1 tablespoon ghee or oil
▢1 yellow onion, diced
▢1 TBSP ginger, paste or grated
▢1/2 TBSP garlic, minced
▢1 cup tomato puree, canned
▢1 - 1.5 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-size pieces
▢1/4 cup water
▢1 cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat, unsweetened)
▢1 tsp Chinese Five Spice (or Garam Masala)
▢Cilantro , to garnish

SPICES:
▢1 tsp salt
▢1 tsp ground cumin
▢1/2 tsp ground turmeric
▢1 tsp paprika
▢1 tsp coriander powder
