1.Warm water with herbs – Kickstarts digestion and gently detoxifies the system.
2.Loosening hair – Relieves scalp tension and improves blood flow after a night’s rest.
3.Brushing, tongue cleaning & neem datun – Removes toxins, bacteria, and freshens the mouth naturally.
4.Netra shuddhi – Cleanses and soothes the eyes, improving clarity and reducing strain.
5.Jal neti – Flushes nasal passages, enhancing breathing and sinus health.
6.Nasya – Nourishes nasal pathways, balances prana, and supports brain health.
7.Scalp massage – Stimulates circulation, calms the mind, and strengthens hair roots.
8.Kansa wand face massage – Balances skin pH, tones facial muscles, and boosts glow.
9.Dry brushing (face & body) – Boosts lymphatic flow, exfoliates, and energizes skin.
10.Tapping – Activates energy points and refreshes the nervous system.
