Today I am celebrating Ellen's dad's birthday with one of his favorite desserts ever...strawberry rhubarb crisp. This recipe has gone viral within my family and I could have never expected it to have been so popular, it's good don't get me wrong but you just never know sometimes! I also found a way to use up the leftover mini flourless brownies I made a few weeks back.
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
3 Cups Chopped Rhubarb
1 Cup Chopped Strawberries
1 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Potato Starch
Lemon Juice
