This self land method is really ONLY for the LIGHT winds, but It's so fast and easy, when I can, this is what I do. using one fo the front lines of a 4 line kite, you can easily "dump" the kite by letting it drop from the sky around 1 kite length off the ground. this lets the kite "stick"and forces some the leading edge down toward the ground. At the same time, you pull in on the front line and further pull the uper part of the leading edge toward the ground until it falls complete. This is how to self land your kite in light winds, using your top center line.

Landing your kiteboarding kite by yourself is easy enough, as always though, make sure you try it a few times in super light winds to get a feel for it.
