Whether it’s the whirling of a hurricane or the whirlwind of the mind, there’s always a quiet center within us where peace resonantes beneath the noise.

We will use this opportunity of finding our own quiet centers to send this collective energy to the Caribbean where Hurricane Melissa continues to develop.

As many of you know, I have a home and many friends in Jamaica - and my husband is currently there as well. Previously we (and many other groups) convened to tune Hurricane Milton and did see its intensity drop. Maybe it was "coincindence" but it can't ever hurt to get together and pray for our fellow humans!
