The Volkswagen Virtus is the fourth car being launched under the Skoda-VW group’s India 2.0 project. The sedan shares underpinnings with the Taigun and shares its powertrains and many features with the SUV as well. While it is a cousin to the Skoda Slavia, the Virtus will come with more equipment as standard and subsequently starts at a slightly higher price.
With this car, VW aims to bring back the fun of a sedan while offering the capability to deal with bad roads well enough to negate the need for an SUV. Have they succeeded?
