Boring Character… Or Skill Issue?

Ishmael from PGR is known for being one of the most "non-interactive" characters gameplay wise. Why? Because she relies on her ultimates to be relevant. There's barely any use on her basic attacks, orbs and animations outside of cancelling everything as fast as possible in order to spam her ult.
On top of that; she suffers the "modern" problem of PGR: Characters are being designed for Warzone rotations only (spend orbs in form 1; cast ult to switch to form 2, spend orbs/do a core attack to cast ult 2... repeat).
This is a huge, HUGE problem in my opinion because it really limits the units and while ultimate cutscenes are always really good looking; they become so boring after a while without any possibility to skip them. I want to play the game, not watch a movie! That's why Bianca and Rosetta are by far the best units lately.
But... Ishmael is unique in that sense because she has some tech on her kit. The dodges, the clones, her basic attack strings in first form are extended by 3 when using yellow orb, teleports in second form has a movement tech, the cubes dodge/ba2, etc... I think developers really didn't take all this in mind but it is what makes a good character after all.
Credits to @mohsin_5578 for discovering a new tech on her that changes everything. It couldn't be another way; the Ishmael guy actually changes Ishmael's gameplay!
