Green Tomato Curry is a traditional curry made with tomatoes green in colour, which are by nature a bit tangy yet when mixed with indian spices comes to existence as something out of this world. It can be a standalone dish, as well as an accompaniment to be devoured with piping hot rice. Further growing on its versatile nature, it can be had with garam garam phulkas too.
