👉 Required Ingredients

1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
½ cup boiled mashed potato
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp salt or according to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
2–3 tbsp grated cheese

For Wet Coating

⅓ cup cornflour
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp salt
Water as required

For Dry Coating

1 cup breadcrumbs

For Frying

Oil as required

👉 Method (Step by Step)
In a bowl, add boiled shredded chicken, boiled potato, chopped onion, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, egg, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, chaat masala, salt, fresh coriander, and cheese. Mix everything well.

Take a small portion of the mixture, shape it into a donut, and make a hole in the center using your finger.

In a separate bowl, prepare the batter by mixing black pepper powder, salt, and water until smooth.

Dip each shaped chicken donut into the batter, then coat it evenly with bread crumbs.

Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
OR

Air Fry: Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once in between.

Serve hot and enjoy crispy, delicious Chicken Donuts 😋🍗🍩
