STAGE 1: You Have To Tell Me If You’re A Cop
Stage Description
Athletes will engage the targets as they become visible from shooting areas.
STAGE 2: Kick Rocks
Stage Description
On the call of “go”, athletes will run the marked course, earning a point when they pass the red marker on top of the hill and another when they pass over the S/F line. The course will continue until time is complete.
Teams
Athletes will alternate running laps. A1 will run one full lap, tag their partner at the S/F line then A2 will complete a lap. This will be repeated for a total of 15 minutes.
STAGE 3: I Think My Zero Is Off
Stage Description
Athlete will begin;
All mags retained
Rifles grounded in rifle box
Seated on the StrengthErg, hands to their thighs
On the call of “Go,” the athlete will begin by completing prescribed work on the StrengthErg. Once work is complete on the StrengthErg, the athlete will move to the firing line and perform Firing Sequence One with rifle only. Once FS1 is complete the athlete will move back to the StrengthERG for the prescribed work. Once complete, the athlete will move to the firing line for Firing Sequence Two pistol only. The Athlete will complete this sequence for a total of eight (8) rounds.
Time stops once all firing sequences are complete and the athlete touches the StrengthERG.
STAGE 4: Aggregate - Pistol Speed Barricade
Stage Description
Start position: Pistol loaded and holstered, Standing behind barricade.
On the call of “GO” engage the one steel with two (2) hits from five (5) of the ports/positions (one must be outside), perform a MANDATORY reload and reengage the steel target with two (2) hits from each of the ports from five (5) of the ports/positions (one must be outside)
STAGE 5: The Burn Pit
Stage Description
Athlete will begin:
Rifle grounded in the rifle box
One set of mags retained, All other mags staged on S/F board
Athletes feet behind the Start Finish (S/F) board
On the call of “Go” athlete will pick up the lightest bag and STRESS CARRY it to the prescribed distance. The bag must touch the ground inside of the DZ. The athlete will then return with the bag to the S/F Board. Once the bag is returned, the athlete will move to the F/L and begin FS#1. Once FS#1 complete athletes will move back to the S/F line, grab their next set of mags and grab the second weight bag, stress carry to prescribed distance. This process will be completed for a total of 4 rounds .
Time stops once the athlete and last bag return to the S/F board.
Distances:
Round 1 - 100 yards down and back
Round 2 - 75 yards down and back
Round 3 - 50 yards down and back
Round 4 - 25 yards down and back
STAGE 6: Get To The Chippa
Stage Description
Athletes will be required to perform a lateral bag toss for each miss on steel. Penalty reps will be completed immediately after each Firing Sequence (FS). Bags will be brought with the athlete for the entire stage. The ruck must remain on for the entire stage. Athletes will make contact with their lane marker before entering and exiting their lanes in both bays.
STAGE 7: Welcome to the Thunder Dome
Stage Description
Accumulate as many reps as possible in 2 minutes.
Bag body over top bar, bag body through the middle, bag body under bottom bar = 1 full rep (6pts per full revolution)
Bag and body must start and finish from the same side.
STAGE 8: Fist Full of Dollamurs
Stage Description
Athlete will begin;
Rifle grounded in the rifle box
Mags staged at the Start Finish (S/F) Board
One set of mags retained
Both feet behind the Start Finish board
On the call of “Go” athletes will farmer carry their prescribed bags to their sled, load the sled and begin their sled push. Sled must touch the far board before moving to the firing line. Athlete will unload their sled in the Drop Zone (DZ) at the Firing Line (FL). Once bags are in the DZ, they may begin Firing Sequence 1 (FS1).
After FS1 athlete will complete the same work back to the Start Finish (SF) board to grab another set of mags. THis will be completed for a total of four (4) rounds.
Time stops when athlete and bags cross the S/F board.
