Описание: In Florida, traffic tickets must be paid within 30 days in the county court clerk’s office where the ticket was received. If you receive a traffic ticket you can pay by phone, mail, online or in person. But if you feel like you haven’t committed any offense and wish to fight your ticket, are concerned about points on your driver’s license, or carry a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and are worried about the effects your ticket will have on your license, then you should consider challenging your ticket in court.

Who's ever gotten a traffic ticket before? If you live in Florida, you've probably gotten one. And when you get a traffic ticket, you got three options, you can pay the ticket, which means you're admitting guilt, you get points on your license a conviction, and it will be on your record, you can do option two, which is the clerk's option. You can elect traffic school to avoid the points. But you've got to go to school, which is time out of your day, it does cost money, you still have to pay the fine, and it still goes on your driving record. A lot of people don't realize that. Or you can do option three, which is to fight the case. If you do fight the case, I would recommend hiring an attorney, an attorney can go to court for you. So you don't have to take time off work. You don't have to be in court. You don't have to face the judge, the attorney can go for you. In court, the attorney can try and get your ticket dismissed. If the tickets dismissed, they will not go on your record and you won't have to pay anything. At the very least. What I try and do is if I can't get the case completely dismissed and off my client’s record, my next goal is to at least get a withhold of adjudication. And what that means is my client not going to get any points on their license. In Florida a ticket is going to carry typically three or four points if it's a moving violation. And so we definitely want to try and keep the points off the client’s record. That is our main goal.
