With speakers Judy Russell, Jana Ronan, Charles S. Chestnut III, Cynthia Moore Chestnut, and Christopher Chestnut, the Smathers Libraries hosted a celebration of Chestnut Funeral Home’s 100 years of service to Alachua County with an exhibit of items including photos, documents, and objects. Dr. Patricia Hilliard-Nunn was in attendance and filming attendees as part of her upcoming documentary of the Chestnut Funeral Home.
