1 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
3 Diced Garlic Cloves
85ml Sugar Free/Reduced Sugar Ketchup
50ml Worcestershire Sauce
65ml Yellow Mustard
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
400g Plain All Purpose Flour (Vetta Smart Protein Flour)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
420g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Flour Seasoning: 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Onion Powder & 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
30g Light/Low Fat Grated Cheddar Cheese (per hot pocket - Dairyworks Natural Cheddar Cheese)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If the dough is too sticky, start by adding the flour first, then slowly mix in the yogurt. Add more flour as needed until it’s easy to work with. Some yogurts have more moisture, which can make the dough stickier.
Reheat Instructions:
Microwave: 3 - 6 Minutes (remove foil & flip halfway)
Air Fryer = 5 - 10 Minutes (180C/350F - flip halfway)
Oven = 6 - 12 Minutes (200C/400F - flip halfway)
Pan Fry = 6 - 8 Min Each Side On LOW - MEDIUM Heat (remove foil)
