The webinar will cover the construction of high-density linkage maps for autotetraploid highbush blueberry and the detection of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for fruit anthocyanin content and profile, combining results from two studies. We will also show some preliminary data on functional validation of candidate genes, as well as identification of the causative variant for marker development for marker assisted selection (MAS).
