That's what we asked to the students of the BLC Dutch Winter School.

In short: Kapsalon = a dish, first made by a Turkish restaurant owner in Rotterdam, based on the favourite ingredients of a Cabo Verdean hairdresser next-door. The hairdresser frequently called the restaurant for the 'usual order for the 'kapsalon'.
