Описание: منابع نزدیک به طالبان، می‌گویند که متن توافق‌نامه طالبان با هیئت امریکایی نهایی شده و برخی از موارد تخنیکی و جزیی وجود دارد که آن‌هم به‌زودی حل خواهد شد.
همچنان این منابع به این باورند که توافق میان طالبان و هیئت امریکایی در فاصله زمانی سه روز امضاء خواهد شد.
