I met this insurance adjuster over a year ago when he was with Amica on another deal. And here we are again. It pays to be a diplomat with these guys. This goes beyond roofing sales for the roofing business. You must find ways to set yourself apart from the average roofer.

The outside adjuster isn't usually where you need to make your whole case. Just get them to apply coverage and cut a check. Gently nudge them to include as much as they can.Then supplement to the inside. You will have faster and better results, and these guys will appreciate you for it.

Oh, and one more thing... I never EVER discuss policy and coverage with these guys. I stay in my lane at all times.
