Hey, I'm Slavik, your mortgage guy ✌️

I’m a mortgage broker, real estate investor and operator based in Anchorage, Alaska. My mission is simple: help people build assets that replace their paycheques. I work with buyers and investors across the state, but I go far beyond just arranging loans. I focus on changing how people think about ownership, leverage and long-term freedom.

I bought my first fourplex at 20, and that deal shaped everything. I believe owner-occupied multifamily properties are one of the most underused wealth-building tools available. Over time, I built a rental portfolio, learned how cash flow, depreciation and leverage actually work, and used real estate to retire my wife at 33. Now I teach others how to do it with intention and clarity.

I do not sell rates or chase volume. I help clients think in decades, not months. My approach is built around strategy, portfolio thinking and becoming the main character of your own life.

Outside of lending, I am building a media and education platform around real estate, fatherhood and personal responsibility. At home, I am a husband and father of two boys. Everything I build is guided by one belief: assets should buy your lifestyle, not the other way around.
