Описание:
The work site was at Kings Norton station where the down slow line was being replaced, the work was booked to take all day. The first couple of shots are from Northfield Station, where all four tracks where blocked and one of the support trains was waiting to head north to Kings Norton with more sleepers and ballast.
Shots are;
1/2: The blockade start at Northfield and a pan to show the rear loco.
3: 6P03 waiting with more supplies to head to Kings Norton, 66011/66043.
4: Shot of Kings Norton, south of the station.
5: A shot from the station of ballast being unloaded and a pan of the rest of the train.
6/7: Ballast unloading and ballast compaction.
8: 66115 on it's train at Lifford Junc.
9/10: Shots of Kings Norton, north and south with sleepers now in place.
11-14: Track being moved into position.
15/16: 66011 bringing 6P03 into the station.
17: More sleeper being unloaded from the train.
18: What appears to be new track alignment? Anyone help with info?
Something different, I had planned to spend longer and get more shots but the weather ended that idea.
