Unfortunately, there isn't a "one size fits all" solution to why you might be feeling tired. The truth is low energy can be caused by a variety of health issues and/or bad habits. So the first step to determining why you feel tired is to do an inventory of your symptoms and lifestyle choices. In other words, you should ask yourself important questions like:

** Am I getting enough sleep?
** Do I frequently experience stress and anxiety?
** Do I suffer from depression?
** Am I drinking enough water throughout the day?
** Do I have sensitivity to certain type of food?
** Are my hormones in balance?
** How much exercise do I get daily?
** Do I have medical issues like: Leaky gut syndrome, anemia, hepatitis, low or high blood surgar, or heart disease?
** Are my medications causing side effects?
