Just a few months ago, I lost much of the function in my right side. My hand shook, my leg slowed down, and doctors kept me in the hospital for 11 days without answers. Since then, I’ve been fighting to take back control of my body and my life.
Today, I try something I haven’t dared attempt since: running 10 kilometers.
This vlog is about more than fitness. It’s about:
