Welcome to my 10 minute indoor running workout!
Today's workout is a Running or jogging in place workout.
Running in place is a fantastic aerobic workout option when you want to run but find yourself unable to run outside or on a treadmill.
In this workout, I’m going to show you a Running In Place Workout AND this is how you lose weight fast.
Can you lose belly fat by running in place?
Turns out, running or jogging in place is a quick and easy way to lose weight and get rid of that ugly belly fat. In fact, if you don't have a treadmill or the weather is bad outside, jogging in place can be a convenient and simple alternative to help you burn calories.
This is why you should follow this running in place workout :
Running in place elevates your heart rate, improves blood sugar levels, and burns calories and fat, all of which help with weight loss. You'll also boost cardiovascular function, enhance lung capacity, and improve circulation.
Is running at home Effective?
Simply yes. Having a treadmill at home is effective, but if you do not want to go to the expense of buying or hiring a treadmill we have some great exercises to get your heart pumping and muscles warmed up.
Is jogging in place just as good as running?
Running in place doesn't provide the same benefits as running since you use different muscles and movements, but many of the benefits are similar. Running in place is a fantastic aerobic workout option when you want to run but find yourself unable to run outside or on a treadmill.
