Rotate 180º about the Origin | 8.G.A.3 💗💙

Описание: In this math video we will perform a transformation to a figure in the coordinate plane of rotate 180º about the origin. We will be presented with a quadrilateral in a coordinate plane graphed in the first quadrant. We are asked to rotate the figure 180 degrees clockwise about the origin. We will review that a 180 degree turn about the origin is the same in both directions - clockwise and counterclockwise. I will model a 180 degree turn by "turning" the coordinate plane two 90 degree turns. We will answer the question by identifying the ordered pair of the image vertex asked. An exemplar solution is modeled and explained.
