Hi all!
Welcome back to a new series where I post a new weekly mat pilates series. Pilates Fusion x Strength (equipment encouraged) || Low Impact, Beginner- Intermediate Level
This is a 30 minute mat pilates strength workout will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened and grounded.
Using hand weights and a pilates ball to work through low impact yet strong series to ensure time under tension for target muscles whilst building mental and physical strength and endurance.
This workout is open level. Make sure you take breaks and modify as needed.
