What bumps us out of heart coherence and living in presence in the NOW moment?? After coming out of a couple of VERY 3D weeks living on auto pilot and reflecting backwards, I believe that if we pay more attention to where our central nervous system is at, we can prevent ourselves from losing chunks of time on auto pilot and living in survival.
Numbing, avoiding, running, distracting - my last few weeks have included them all! All the 3D tricks to keep us disconnected from our true fantastical energy!
And now on reflection, my nervous system was screaming out for some rest and some peace. I had been loading it up with all sorts to keep functioning and had forgotten to actually listen to my body and realise the little (and not so little) signs it was giving me!!
Ok message received LOUD and clear!!
How to pull back?
Rest, hydrate, grounding in nature, water - beach/lake/pool/bath/bucket 😆, feet on the grass/sand/dirt, face to the sun ☀️, nourishing food, pull back on stimulants like coffee, nicotine, doom scrolling etc and depressants like alcohol. Also notice your consumption of these as I believe they are pretty good indicators of where your nervous system regulation is at. What are you using to get that calm feeling - the answer to that question is the answer to your level of frazzled 😆😆 (speaking from LOTS of experience!!)
