Описание: SOFLEX-PCS (Production Control System) controls a linear cell with 4 machining centers linked by a robot. SOFLEX master computer is fully integrated in the IT network of the end user and controls all the key manufacturing processes: production order management, calculation and provision of resources (NC data, tool and fixtures data), management of workpieces and raw material and enables the informational flow between the organizational systems and shop floor. Automation from a batch size of 1 and continuous production 24 hours/7 days a week are fully accomplished.
